If we need to cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@orunii.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the fulfilment process.

Orunii's online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through the Orunii store are made directly with Kimono Kite Ltd trading as Orunii, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of Orunii products.
