Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Orunii. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused and with any original tags and packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@orunii.com.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your item. Please don’t send items back to us without contacting us first, as we may not be able to accept or process them.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is defective or damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@orunii.com.

We’ll review the issue and work with you to put it right.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or product, the quickest option is to return your original item and, once your return has been accepted, place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

UK & EU Cancellation Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights to cancel an online purchase.

For customers in the UK and European Union, you generally have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

These statutory rights are separate from, and are not affected by, Orunii’s 30-day returns policy.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@orunii.com.
